8th National HR Summit

HR has over the years changed according to the needs and requirements of the organization. Seen decades ago as an admin function and now as a Business Function, it’s important how HR would be positioned in the future. It is now not only supposed to talk the language of business but also walk it. And in India, where businesses are trying to innovate day in day out whether in delivery or products, HR needs to keep up.

ABV-Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management (ABV-IIITM), a premiere institute and an Institute of National Importance under the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Govt. of India, will be hosting its 2 days 8th National HR Summit, 19th & 20th November, 2016. In this HR Summit, several Human Resources professional from different parts of India and from different fields are expected to participate. The HR Summit will witness presentations and deliberations by Eminent CEO's, Senior HR Professionals, Researchers, and Academicians.

HR Summit objectives:

• To explore the paradigm shift in the HR function critical in the current business scenario.
• To enable students learn the happening trends in the industry and HR professionals to transform   their HR function to enhance HR effectiveness.
• To provide a platform to the HR thought Leaders, Business Leaders and researchers to interact and share their experiences in technology for HRM.
